We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days from receipt of payment. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched within 1-2 working days from the Monday following the weekend. We are not responsible for any delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to, postal delays, customs processing, or natural disasters.

4. Returns and Exchanges

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after receiving the returned item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@strikesport.co.uk to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photos or other evidence of the damage or defect to process your claim.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage beyond the value of the purchased products. When purchasing any type of martial arts weapon/training aid from us these products are not for sale for customers under the age of 18. By placing an order for these products, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older. The items are a practice training aid only and should not be used for any type of contact training. Any damage, personal injury or injury to others incurred through misuse of these items is the sole responsibility of the customer, Strike Sport will not be held liable and this will also invalidate our warranty and returns policy.
